Updates so far

  1. Add one more option in Get_Acceptance_Correction.C, check doc/html/index.html
  2. Update database to make sure 0 MeV energy threshold for cluster to be considered. ( ps.dat sh.dat prl1.dat prl2.dat )
  3. write a ppt for scintillator problem

Wednesday, October 27, 2010

  1. Find scintillator problem because of overflow of left TDC of S2.
  2. Try to know if they are good or bad events.

Update for today

  1. Need to figure out what causes beta=0 for right arm scintillator
  2. Fix Sim_Cor bug in Acceptance.C (Thank xinhu)
  3. Generate doxygen code for CSR_Run.h, Calibrate_Scin.C, Acceptance.C, CSR.h
  4. Change Dx Dy of 1646 MeV for left arm in def_optics.h and def.h of halog
  5.  Finish organizing the 1102 optics for right arm
  6. SVN not committed yet. Once optics for right arm is done, I will do that.

Left Arm optics update

  1. Replay 646 MeV optics to get correct original root file from which I will extract info.
  2. Get optics for all energy setting including 399 MeV
  3. Extrapolate 200 MeV optics from existing
  4. Update Dx Dy in def_optics.h and generate_autodb.pl, add L.vdc.config=200 option for momentum setting
  5. Generate new db_run.dat, move to $DB_DIR
  6. Replay new root and generate 01_Optimized.ps in result dir

Spin Reversal Note Updated

Correct the spin-up time mistake (8hours to 13hours). And get the experimental value which is pretty consistent with the expected value.

Check the Spin_Reversal_technote.pdf file
